GRAND News for Diane! (Posted 7/1/08)

The excitement was apparent as we received the Baby news from Classmate Diane Deiotte Rockhill of Portage, IN.  Diane’s newest granddaughter was born on July 1, 2008 to Diane’s youngest son and his wife.  Her name is Graysen and they will call her Gracie.  She weighed in at a healthy 9#14oz!   Diane says, “No wonder my daughter-in-law looked as big as she did when she carried twin daughters.”  Yes, the addition of Baby Gracie will now have Diane planning trips to southern California to visit THREE granddaughters.  The twins were born in September of 2005.

 

And, adds Diane, there is one more grandchild on the way - - Diane’s oldest son and his wife will be having their first child this December, and Diane happily reports, they live closer, in Schaumburg, IL.
