Frances K. Zubeck (nee Yocis), age 89 of Hammond, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2009. She is survived by her son, Gregory (Darlene) Zubeck; two grandchildren: Jeffrey Allen (Tammy) Zubeck and Angela Marie Zubeck; four great grandchildren: Trinity, Emily, Sydney, and Nolan Zubeck, all of Mesa, AZ. Preceded in death by her husband, Peter John Zubeck; sister, Ann Slarski and brother, Jerome Yocis.
Funeral services, Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the Anthony & Dziadowicz Funeral Home, 4404 Cameron Avenue, Hammond (two blocks east of Hohman, one block north of Gostlin), with Rev. Frank Torres officiating. Burial at St. John Cemetery, Hammond. Visitation on Wednesday morning from 9:00-10:00 AM.
Mrs. Zubeck was a Hammond resident since 1947. She was a former member of the St. Casimir Fatima Sodality.
