Grandpa Gerbas - - Again! (Posted 1/5/10)

Check out our Photo Album Section to see a proud three-generation picture just posted of our Kentucky classmate John Gerbas Jr., along with son John lll and grandson John lV.  John made a recent visit to Germany to visit his eldest son.  John III has been out of the Air Force over three years now and lives near Trier, Germany with his wife and John IV who will be turning one this month.

 

Rounding out the count to three grandsons, two months ago John's daughter Carrie Ann from Louisville, KY delivered baby boy Reid, much to the joy of brother Nolan, age two. 

Now, remember, John, these boys need to start out with tricycles, toy trains and roller skates before they're ready for real horses, planes and motorcycles!

 

John's Christmas Season was complete this year, hearing from all three of his children.  Youngest son Chris was able to call from Iraq on Christmas.  He is still flying the Apache on his second Iraq tour and will be there until Sept 10!  What a reunion that will be at John's Silver Wing Farm in Lexington when Chris comes home!
