Ed Schultz Loses His Mother March 13, 2010 (Posted 3/16/10)

  June M. Shultz (nee Bell), 85, of Griffith, IN, passed away Saturday, March 13, 2010. She is survived by her two daughters: Sister M. Aline Shultz, OSF "Pamela" and Peggy (Edward) Behn; two sons: Deacon Edward (Diane) Shultz and Mark Shultz; six grandchildren: Michael (Tammy) Shultz, Jeremy Shultz, Aaron Shultz, June (Tom) Watts, Sr., Airman Ed (Heidi) Behn and Benjamin Shultz; four sisters: Jeanette (late Eugene) Klisiak, Donna (late James) Aultman, Mary (Robert) Thiel and Olive (Gene) Dempsey; one brother, Jule L. (Patricia) Bell; many nieces and nephews; and brother-in-law: Harold Brownfield.

Preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. Shultz, on May 10, 1986 and her sister, Lorraine Brownfield.

 

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2010, 10:00 a.m. Mass DIRECTLY at St. Mary Church, 525 N. Broad St., Griffith, IN, with Rev. Theodore J. Mens officiating. Burial St. John – St. Joseph Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Visitation Tuesday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Anthony & Dziadowicz Funeral Home, 9445 Calumet Ave. (at 45th St.), Munster, IN, and Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the church. Vigil Service Tuesday 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Shultz was a retired employee of Strack & Van Til in Highland with 20 years’ service. She was a member of the St. Mary Church Rosary Society.
